We close the impossible deals. We see what can be, not what is, and have proven it again and again. Once we have the vision, we then get to work on the numbers and execution. We’ve completed the acquisition and development of hundreds of units. Utilizing tax credits to make our deals work has been one of our specialties. Large commercial projects, office space, religious space, meeting space, high end multi-family are some of our favorite areas to focus on.
RESIDENTIAL
Our attention to detail has lead to low turnover and high occupancy. We’ve went through complete renovation and currently managing dozens of small rental property. Part of what has gotten us here is our attention to detail, timing of renovations, marketing, technology rollout and the overall experience of our tenants. This is where we started and is a passion of ours.
FINANCIAL
We close the impossible deals and utilize our network to ensure projects we work on are a success. With our extensive experience, back office support and ever evolving tax credit expertise, we work to close and execute deals leveraging layers of tax credits and financial instruments.
